No we do not test Drugs or Substances. We only test the person that has personally come into the office.
Yes we do require all people in the office to wear a mask as we are still mandated as a "Health Care Facilty" in BC.
The minimum age required to enter the building without a special appointment is 14 years old.

Booking and Payment
No. You will almost certainly be sent away as we won’t be able to verify your identity.
Bring valid, government issued picture identification. Bring a mask as well.
We accept credit, debit, and cash payments. We do not accept American Express.
Sherlock’s allows a 30-minute grace period for donors to show up to their appointment.

If your company is registered with WorkSafe BC then there is no charge to get a hearing test/ audiometric test done!
No. You will have to remove your outerwear and all pocket contents will be set into a locked box for safe keeping. This is done to minimize the risk to our staff.
No. You will need to go to another facility for that.
No. We do not test for that.
No. Drink as much as you need, but do not over consume liquids as your urine sample will become too dilute and it could interfere with the validity of the test.
When a donor is unable to produce a urine sample, they have up to 3 hours to give another sample.
